I've been trying to exclude matches for this case, and the three cases I've been left with are:

Gregory Hugh Oliver - Missing Person Case

Thomas John Gordinier - Missing Person Case

Craig Lawrence Allen - Missing Person Case

I've attached a photo of Thomas Gordinier, because there isn't one attached to his case file for some reason. Hopefully that will aid with some form of comparison.

This is the street address given for the discovery: Google Maps

This is an area I used to visit when Mr. Carbuff's parents were still living in south Florida. The general area is mile after mile of snowbird rentals and retirement condos. The site is not far off I95 but there's no exit at 39th Street, just an underpass. The exit is about a mile south, at Florida 816/Oakland Park Boulevard, which is a busy commercial street that runs from the beach to the interior and is pretty much the definition of suburban sprawl. South of Oakland is modestly priced; north gets more upscale.

If you got off I95 and took the first major right, you'd be on NW 21st Street, which would take you to the intersection where the skull was found. You could drop a body off the bridge there, then continue on 21st to Commercial Ave, a major thoroughfare that would take you back to I95. Would not require more than passing familiarity with the area.

Hey did you get any further on this ? I was looking at Craig Lawrence Allen too. They have the same similar offset at the bottom of the nasal, but the forehead etc don't seem to match.

No I never did get around to submitting any of them. However, your side by side comparison makes me wonder why I didn’t. Looks like a good potential match to me!

.
This one is another good possibility especially the facial bone structure.
