The father of a 2-month-old son is the first murder victim in Lee County of 2017.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office received a disturbance call to the address of 423 Chamonix Avenue South, where they found the body of 31-year-old Bruce B. Faulkner...

Neighbors... say they heard about five shots fairly close together Sunday evening...

The family said the victim's roommate was home at the time of the shooting, but his son and girlfriend were away.
