I do wonder how the violence here in Chicago would potentially affect a juror, insofar as, which side would they be more sympathetic to? I think being a jury analyst or whatever the precise term is (one who assists in the weeding of the jury pool by recommendations regarding who to keep/send home) would be sooooo hard.

Yeah, this defense attny makes me think they aren't going to put on much of a case since he seems to be getting in all of his talking now. But I'd be surprised if they don't, her only hope is for them to put on as many mental health professional witnesses as they can find.

Chelly I tend to agree with you. I would be hesitant as a possible juror to answer his questions. jmo

He comes across as somewhat intimidating, making it difficult for jurors to speak easily? And, when he calls on a jurors out of the blue, they tend to be tongue-tied. I preferred the easy style of the prosecutor who called on jurors in order giving each one time to gather their thoughts.
