would a doctor say "better make it on the first try" when a patient wants to commit suicide? Wouldn't they commit them? malpractice?

psychiatrist told her she'd better make her suicide on the first try and that he (psych) wanted to keep talking about it???

OMG! Just getting caught up on this case and my first time listening to this tape interview of Julie. The nightmare for this family started long before the day Julie murdered them. Those poor kids!
