I wonder if any other prints were on the journal. As in, did anyone else handle it/read it.

I think the woman (who was crying) is the grandmother Nancy Schenecker. The one who would come over and take care of the kids.

I'm thinking that it is her mom her sister brother and and I don't know who else....

Wonder if the doctor was led to believe that the one or two glasses would be consumed during meals and not on an empty stomach?

I think the note was made by Julie to be "from her Dr." so that she could do what she wanted.

Do we know yet the total number of prescriptions bottles found in her home and what drug was in each of those bottles (qty/mgs)? TIA

Just the one that was counted---can't remember what it was but only 70 were there

Popsicle is tweeting 2 trials for WS! :cheer:

Thank you Popsicle!

I appreciate you having the mind to keep track of tweets for not one, but two trials!

I did it for one day for one trial and ended up with a massive headache and strong desire for a stiff drink.

I don't know which side of the courtroom we are talking about :scared: I think Julie's sister and brother and some others are sitting behind her in the court and way over on the opposite side of the courtroom sits Parker and his mom. Have more of Parker's family shown up to support him and the kids?

No one checked in on her while she was in bed.

Solution? Get your a$$ out of bed and give those kids a hug.

they keep showing the group behind her----(we believe her family)---I just didn't know.

Courtroom is now looking at a page of the journal on an overhead. It's a blue 70 page spiral notebook.
Looking at fingerprints on the page that match JS.
Why can't we see what the court sees on the overhead?

My eyeballs are itching to look at that journal.

Ah! It looks like Julie's sister, a sister in law(?), mother and brother??

I want to be able to read that journal too!!:blushing:

I get not being able to see graphic evidence, but being blocked from even the mundane is a tad irritating.
Still, going to :silenced: and not complain, we get to watch and listen at least.

Should I seek help?

Every time I conclude someone is guilty of a particularly heinous crime I start to resent seeing that person gulping down some bottled water. I actually feel my jaw clench. I despise JS filling her belly with water while her kids have holes in their heads.

How does that mantra go? ommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I found this article that lists the emails in chronological order with editorial comments that aid in sorting who who is who. I found this helpful. My apologies if it was already posted

"Julie's lawyer says Christmas was not normal: It was the first year she hadn't decorated or bought gifts."

So did they think they would get a blind jury?
Clearly the house was decorated for Christmas and aren't there wrapped gifts under the Christmas Tree?

It's like a really good strip tease of information and I don't want sanctions to protect my delicate lil pysche.

*BBM*
Possibly Parker and the kids (or Parkers Mom) did the decorating and gift shopping.
