Had to log back on to Desktop----Nancy and Jane were just over the top--Nancy is still thinking JS was faking the shaking during initial perp walk---she didn't get the memo is was due to the medication overdose...:banghead:

well, what would that have to do with the verdict-an appeal based on what? juror should be fined or charged with something or other.

The judge can take her mental illness into consideration as a "mitigating circumstance" w/ regard to sentence

Once she is sentenced and arrives at prison, then the warden can recommend she be placed in a mental health facility -- that would have to go back to court for authorization. If she's found to be in need of immediate treatment, they can hospitalize her immediately under the "Emergency Act." The facility can be either public or private. She would not be hospitalized any longer than her sentence (however long that is), unless she's still mentally ill, and continues to require inpatient care, in which case, she could be involuntarily committed at the end of her prison sentence.

I wish she wouldn't over exaggerate the facts like she does. I don't understand why she does that so much. It takes away from her credibility imho.
