FL FL - Canaveral Groves, WhtMale UP2311, 36-45, skeletal remains found half buried with an electrical blanket, possibly muscular, July'81

Too bad there's no DNA on this guy. It's interesting how the one article says he had no dental work since childhood, which given his age probably suggests a lower socioeconomic background. That might fit in with the fact his body suggested manual labor.

Kind of seems at odds with the other articles which say 'obvious dental work done' and 'four front teeth knocked out in possible accident 8-10 years before death' though. The accident was thought to be a car accident, and he had other serious injuries; broken bones - leg and multiple facial fractures. He would have had some medical, and probably dental, care after that, surely.

Yeah, that maybe a discrepancy. In some ways this Doe seems like a good match to Kaplan the missing restaurant owner, but I don't think he had four missing front teeth or you feel like that would be mentioned somewhere. Kaplan also doesn't seem like the kind of guy to ignore dental work he needed, while someone doing construction work is less likely of a person to care about four missing front teeth, or perhaps to be able to afford to do anything about it.

Cause of death, stab wound to the chest, this says. I’d assume, if it’s correct, that there were cuts in the bones they found? Or is there some reason we don’t believe this is accurate?
