Family hopes for safe return of missing woman after car crashes into Ormond Beach lake

An Ormond Beach family is praying for the safe return of their daughter after her car was found Tuesday morning in the river near Tomoka State Park.

Carly Bowie’s mother said her daughter had been out celebrating her 21 first birthday. She said Bowie called her to tell her she was on her way home.
