TPD says, Cecil Smith, was last seen Sunday in the 2200 block of Magnolia Cir in Tallahassee around 11:00 a.m.
TPD says Smith's clothing is unknown, but he has tattoos on both arms. TPD states there is concern for his welfare.
Smith is 5-foot-6, weighs 135 pounds, has short brown hair dyed lighter on top, and brown eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call TPD at (850) 891-4200.
