Missing Pembroke Pines man considered endangered, police say -

A Pembroke Pines man who suffers from severe brain trauma is missing and considered endangered, police said. Charles Edward Hall, 40, was last seen at his home about 3 p.m. Tuesday in the 8500 block of Southwest Fifth Street in Pembroke Pines. He was spotted Wednesday in Miami-Dade, police said. Hall's condition limits his ability to make decisions or communicate with others, authorities said. Hall is described as walking with a noticeable limp and is known to wear baggy clothing.
