I wish that attorney would stop strutting around the court room and stayat the PODIUM so that I could hear what he is saying.

It could be a very good speech but I'll never know.

I am able to use my headphones and it does help some, which I know you can't. It is a good closing he has laid it out from the very beginning step by step.

Most of it I can hear and you're right he is outlining PB's movements during that night of Chris Aguilar's death.

Right they are going to cram their darks and whites in there as tight as they can. Unless they are taught right and then I would doubt it. Mine always waited until they came home on the weekend. lol

IMO that doesn't make sense to remember something so specific about something but not the thing itself.

I am impressed with this summary of the facts vs Bravo's story. I have not been able to watch most of this, so had not realized all the holes in his story. Bad idea on his part to testify. He was not believable... Too much detail, much like JA.

I am visual so I liked all the Xs removing all possible scenerios until the one remained. I thought PB did not come across well when he was on the stand.
