I like the big screen and after 15 minutes that ping pong noise from peoples' postings quits.

Where is the Judge? Will the jury get this case to deliberate this afternoon (long winded attys).

Personally and thanks in large part to this defendant's journal I have no problem believing Pedro was quite capable of the meticulous planning and nefarious caring out of those plans at all. I rather expect it of him. He was very thorough and he had to be in total control.

Of course. And then all the murder-toolkit shopping. He thinks he is smart but OMG he is one of the most stupid killers I have seen in my WS time. Yes, Pedro, you are an idiot.

O/T The awkward moment when your phone rings and you answer with a "what do you want muthfka?" thinking it's your brother and well... it's your new therapist. EEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKK!! At least I said it in Spanish.... #daysofshame

According to the defense maybe the room mates went out again?

Yeah maybe they went out and killed Chris...

I hate it when I forget I'm at work and engrossed with some trial and the phone rings and I answer 'What!'.

The mysterious duct tape stealing Santa lookey-likey hitchhiker from New York. The defence shouldn't even be drawing attention to this - it is just so ridiculous, they are just reinforcing what a complete crock Pedro's story is.

Oh, he is so nice he goes to the police???? aaaaaawwwwww... so did Jodi Arias.

  • #633
Oh lawdy he is resorting to the plot of the Shawshank Redemption! I think this is what you call clutching at straws ....

I am seriously done with defense's closing. It is so implausible it's a waste of my super valuable time. Better think about lunch.

I just don't understand why his attorneys didn't advise him to go for a plea deal. This is just the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard - they've got absolutely nothing. This is a total slam dunk for the State.

I know right? This is beyond ridiculous.

I'm wondering if the defendant wasn't the one who insisted on a trial. With that king sized ego of his I believe he also insisted he testified even tho his attorneys were pleading with him not to. Yeah just like Jodi Arias.

 I've had some moments that I had to snap myself out of being steamed over missing a good part of testimony and try to make a living by putting on my happy face. :)
