I think besides the punishment handed down by the court is having to listen to the family of the person murdered speak of the impact on their lives.

For a court that warned it may be staying late there sure are a lot of sidebars, off the records, breaks and wake up the jury and lunches.

Why did an 'off the record' have to happen for what sounds like a piece of evidence being correctly labeled numerically? What's the big deal?

I am wondering about a career in this field. Is there a Ripped and Torn Duct Tapers Union ya have to join? Is the work limited to duct tape only? No scotch tape? Definitely no masking tape.
I use duct tape for a lot of projects. Years ago my daughter was running out the door to catch the school bus and the hem of her dress was hanging down. Duct tape to the rescue! I have also used a stapler for this same purpose. I like the duct tape better but it is a booger to get off.
