Why have these racist text messages never been mentioned before? In this petition, is the first time I've heard about it. Who are they accusing of sending them?
They can’t be discussed here due to the Terms of Service (TOS). Until that person has been name by law enforcement as a person of interest, it can’t be discussed. No doubt out in social media that topic is discussed. Why have these racist text messages never been mentioned before? In this petition, is the first time I've heard about it. I realize that, I just meant it hasn't even been mentioned on her missing person page. They can’t be discussed here due to the Terms of Service (TOS). My thoughts as I want closure for the family. I feel that the officer moving the car off the tracks to avoid a possible issue with an oncoming train (even though not active at the time) created a button up approach from law enforcement. It was a gaffe on their part when the vehicle in question became something bigger.
Who is to say the phone found didnt have vital information on it?
I think in the community here there is a strong feeling of what happend, proving it based on what we know about involved individuals is the hard part based on Law enforcement needing air tight proof or testimony before they let the public know whats really going on.

The petition is from what was found on her phone so her phone did have vital information that day.
Likewise the first I've heard of it. I assumed they were talking about shared on the official missing fb but I can't find anything on there.
Please encourage them to come here and seek our help. At least in Florida we have access to anything disclosed under the Sunshine Laws and that will be helpful. If not we go another route to get the information disclosed. IMOI may be able to help clear up some questions about the petition.
The information is legit.
It’s from some of Cieha’s family and friends who have decided to break the silence on what they believe they know. They did do this on Facebook, not in the Finding Cieha group, in an undisclosed, smaller group, where case info is being discussed from the perspective of her family and friends.
They want to find her. It’s been a year, they are tired of waiting for answers. They need help. Coming back here because I think with enough interest, we can figure this out. I’ve been trying to pass them resources where I can to connect them to anyone who can help with Cieha’s case. It’s unreal what they are dealing with and how little the case has moved in a year.
Any thoughts from the websleuths brain trust in resources that could help them find Cieha?

ETA please make sure her family knows they’re not alone and we will do everything within our power to get answers. TIA!
Sounds like you’re off to a great start. The Caylee Anthony case is what originally brought me to websleuths and that is how I learned of the Sunshine Laws and Florida’s requirement to reveal all the information on any case. I would be happy to help you In acquiring information and documents. I’m sure many others would be willing to help too! We want justice and aren’t afraid to put in any work needed! Good luck and let us know how we can help please.I have access to these records too, right? I’ve been websleuthing and participated in this thread several months ago up until about summer of 2020, When I turned over anything I thought I had to detectives, but with the pandemic and stress and the case getting colder, I butted out a bit. Now, that some of Cieha’s friends and family are saying more, I’ve picked it up again to follow the new leads.
I’m going through public records, and have been for awhile, sort of working in my free time on and off as a free web researcher and advocate, where I can, but can use some help.
I can’t speak for Cieha’s family, I don’t really know them beyond some exchanges about her case online; but from what I’m told, they feel lost and confused when it comes to how to get a hold of information. I passed them civil rights attorney info, reached out to a podcast on their behalf that is supposed to take the case, am giving them PR and hype where I can using my media connects, and now I’m trying to help them out with info.
Is there something you have access to that I wouldn’t? I was thinking of using freedom of information act to request things that aren’t already disclosed but I haven’t done it before and am not sure what I can request from an ongoing investigation. If you have more case documents than I do, I would love to pass them along— TIA.
i believe specifically some interest from friends and family in the chatter I have read, has been how to get dash cam footage from the officer who first arrived at the scene where Cieha’s car was on the tracks (the officer who moved it) and whether any cell phone GPS information was subpoenaed in the investigation.
I believe the dash cam footage is held by the clerk in hillsborough and I sent the request forms to Cieha’s aunt.
