If this is accurate, I hope their apathy is outed on social media and the court of public opinion crucifies them. It is one thing to be ignorant, lack staff or knowledge but is a whole other level to intentionally choose not to request, or not to accept, assistance from those who can help. Why is the only outcry from the family? This just blows my mind.

I'm trying to figure out how a vehicle left running on RT tracks with no driver present isn't worth checking further and possibly asking for an opinion from dispatch ??
Dunno just seems odd. Did the officer run the plates prior to moving the vehicle ? Search the area for driver or any sign of a person on scene ?
All this time had gone by since this gal disappeared... Can't get it back.
Praying for Cieha and her loved ones. So sad that this wasn't urgent to someone in LE at the time the car was found running on the damn RR tracks. JMHO MOO

A post including a “refreshed” timeline of what is known was shared this morning. It states the police officer moved the car then locked her belongings in the car. The police officer DID NOT run plates nor try to contact owners of car. (Not good IMO.)

Not only can I not wrap my head around a police officer not investigating the circumstances around the vehicle, but that her car sat by those tracks for 3 days!
I can see family possibly not knowing or seeing it there (if they didn’t live by or wasn’t ever in that area), but...
1. Did LE patrolling not notice, “hey, this abandoned car has been sitting here a few days; let’s check it out.”??
2. Did the friend that lived a mile down the road not notice “hey that’s my buddy’s girlfriend’s car! What’s it doing there”??
3. Did the boyfriend not notice “I haven’t heard from my girlfriend; or my girlfriend hasn’t picked me up for work like she normally does; or why is my girlfriend’s car parked by the tracks?” ??

The number one question asked: Has the boyfriend been questioned? YES, as of now we do not know what came of that. We have not been provided any information from the detectives interview. We do not have contact with the boyfriend. That relationship was never approved of. What we do know is if he loved her like he says he does or still loves her he would be assisting in helping to find her. As of now he has not.

I live too close not to drive by the boyfriends house (I’ll need to find the address) and the railroad tracks. I’ll drive around there tomorrow and post back if you all want.
I just keep going back to the last person that saw her. There are so many unanswered questions, and I hope the Plant City LE steps it up! How can Cieha still be missing?! Ugh!!

Apparently, the tracks where the car was left running weren’t in use and hadn’t been in some time due to repairs or something of that nature. So there was no danger of a train colliding with the abandoned car.

The boyfriend and the officer have been questioned at length about their actions and what they saw that day, and supposedly neither of their stories have changed one bit. Law enforcement hasn’t said whether that means either one has been cleared or is a person of interest... just that they were questioned.

Speculation- a lot of possible scenarios exist, if you ask me. The boyfriend could be lying. He could have killed her at his house and then moved her car one mile away to the train tracks. Or, the boyfriend’s buddy could be lying. He could have followed her from the boyfriend’s house, flagged her down under the pretense of needing to talk to her, and then killed her. Maybe both are lying and they killed her together. Maybe both are telling the truth and they really did see her drive away alive and well. Maybe the cop is lying. Maybe he pulled her over for something very minor, things escalated, and he killed her by accident or intentionally. Then he panicked and created the whole car on the tracks scenario. Or maybe he pulled her over with nefarious intent and assaulted her and murdered her. Wouldn’t be the first time it’s happened. Or, once again, maybe the cop had nothing to do with it at all and was just too lazy or stupid to follow up on a car with its motor running on train tracks. Maybe she was intentionally rear-ended right there at the train tracks by a person or persons with the intent of carjacking, robbing, assaulting, kidnapping, or murdering her. She could have been at the wrong place at the wrong time and drawn the attention of a very sick individual. Or, lastly, maybe someone else in her life had a vendetta against her and decided to settle the score by following her and then killing her once she dropped off her boyfriend.

From everything the family and MSM have posted, I really don’t get the sense that this is a case of a runaway or suicide. The way her phone was found outside of her car on the ground points to signs of a struggle. She would have either taken it with her or left it in the car with the rest of her belongings if she were going to run away or end it all. The phone on the ground at the site of someone’s last known whereabouts has historically almost always pointed to an attack/abduction occurring right there. Most people’s first instinct (besides fight or flight) when presented with a situation like that is to call for help. I’m guessing Cieha tried to do just that before she was overpowered.

Her poor family deserves some answers. I can’t even begin to imagine their anguish. They know for a fact their loved one didn’t choose to vanish, but they are relatively helpless to bring her home. Just awful. Someone out there... maybe even someone already involved in the case... has those answers. I hope that the perpetrator eventually confides in the wrong person and that person has enough of a conscience to tell the police. That’s often how these things get solved.

Information shared in hopes of answering questions concerned individuals may have and that may lead to finding Cieha
•The boyfriend and his friend have been interviewed multiple times by detectives. LE said that the boyfriend is not a suspect and his story pans out.
•Cieha’s car was found running abandoned on the train tracks. The drivers side door was open. Her phone was found on the ground next to the car on the train tracks.
•A police officer moved her car off the tracks, turned it off, and locked her belongings and keys inside. Tags were not ran.
•Detectives will not release name of police officer but states an internal affairs investigation is going on.
•Train tracks where car was located has not had a train run on them for over a year.

According to April 18 post:
•To help with your 3rd que- Cieha’s boyfriend and his friend are the only two they’re aware of that can confirm seeing Cieha at the friend’s house.

•To help with last que- The boyfriend and his friend have been interviewed several times. The details of interview or types of questions have not been shared, but their stories pan out and they’re not suspects. The police officer has been interviewed. However, the name of the police officer or questions asked have not been shared, but there is an internal affairs investigation on going.

•help with 5th que- LE, family, friends, and homeland security have searched multiple times around the area of her abandoned car, the friend’s house, land, tracks, etc. Searches have included helicopter and dogs.
