Officers arrested Kevin Hurley, a registered sex offender on probation, after he repeatedly made contact with the child inside the store and then followed her as she walked out to her car.

Excellent work on the part of several people!
A big "Atta Boy" and "Atta Girl" cheer for saving what might have been a horrible situation. SMH. It just never stops.
Thank goodness this one was stopped.
