Please welcome our new verified insider in this case Katerz. Katerz is friends with Robert and people connected to Robert.

Tuesday, June 20th:
*Pretrial Conference Hearing (Aggrav. battery & battery on LE) (@ 1pm ET) - FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23), Keven Michael Springfield (30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof) - *Tony Lee J. “TJ” Wiggins, Jr. (26/now 29) aka John L. Wiggins arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) & indicted (9/30/20) with 3 counts of 1st degree capital murder, tampering with evidence (F3), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (F-2) & possession of ammunition by a convicted felon (F-2). Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Trial set to begin on 7/22/24.

5/12/23 Update: Both cases: Next status conference hearing on 6/9/23.
*Arrested & charged (3/14/20) & arraigned (6/5/20) with 2nd degree aggravated battery (person uses a deadly weapon) & 3rd degree aggravated assault (deadly weapon w/o intent to kill). Plead not guilty. Bond $6K. Bonded out on 3/16/20. Bond was cancelled (7/22/20).

5/3/23 Update: Next pretrial conference hearing on 6/20/23 @ 1pm.
*Charged (12/29/21) & arraigned (2/1/22) with battery on a LE officer, Michael Felton Sumner on 12/27/21 did actually & intentionally touch or strike Sumner. Plead not guilty.

5/3/23 Update: Next pretrial conference hearing on 6/20/23 @ 1pm.
*Mary Clare Whittemore (27/now 29) – Accessory & Perjury: Status conference hearing on 6/9/23.
*William Robert Wiggins (21/now 24) – Status conference hearing on 6/9/23.

I have those all on 6/9/23.

And TJ just had a hearing on his aggravated battery & battery on LE on 6/20 - so do not expect any updates on that one yet.

There are no updates on TJ for his aggravated battery & battery on LE on 6/20 yet.
 
@PayrollNerd - when you have time - can you see if any of them have any updates yet. I have:
Mary & Robert - last hearing 6/9
TJ - aggrav battery, etc - last hearing 6/9 & murder on 6/20.

@Niner There is a lot to unpack here. Let me know if you need clips from any of the documents. I can look to see what is available. It isn't clear to me which case is being consolidated into the new case number.

To me from the list in your very first post about the new case - it does not have #2020CF002134000XX - 2nd degree aggravated battery, etc. So I am taking that one out & putting in the new 4 felony possession of a firearms.

And THANK YOU!!! for all that info. At least they put TJ's charges all on one day now. well except that new charge.

Don't take that one out. It looks like I just didn't snip a big enough section. It is still on the list.
