Wiggins arrested (3/14/20) & charged (6/23/23) & arraigned (7/25/23) with 4 counts felony possession of firearms. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. Polk County

I personally don't know if it was released, but it would have been around July 23, 2020 when he got charged.

*Motions Hearing (@ 10:30am ET) – FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23), Keven Michael Springfield (30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof) - *Tony Lee J. “TJ” Wiggins, Jr. (26/now 31) aka John L. Wiggins arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) & indicted (9/30/20) with 3 counts of 1st degree capital murder, tampering with evidence (F3), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (F-2) & possession of ammunition by a convicted felon (F-2). Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP. In custody of Federal Agency. On 3/28/25 was transferred to Polk County. Polk County
Murder trial was set to begin on 7/22/24 for jury selection & continued due to Federal trial starting first. Federal trial was set to begin on 7/1/24 continued on 1/8/25 & was cancelled. Will let murder charges proceed first.
Murder trial is set to begin with Jury Selection on 2/23/26.

*William Robert Wiggins (21/now 27) – Plead guilty to a plea deal. Will only serve 5 years in prison & 2 years probation. Will testify against TJ. Disposition adjudication withheld.
