What a disgusting human being. I am so happy this girl has the strength to get him caught and defend her furry friends. He's lucky he wasn't mauled to death or shot.

He sounded drunk in the video. I wouldn't be surprised if he has other substance abuse issues.

He supposedly went to an out of state rehab facility recently. Let's hope it sticks.

Destin man charged with child cruelty granted temporary custody of teenThere was a hearing regarding custody. After reading the outcome I was very concerned because he hasn't gone to trial yet on the abuse charges. He was granted temporary custody but after speaking with my daughter I learned this was a hearing started long ago by the mother trying to gain custody. The mother is wealthy as well but has never been granted custody. There has to be some strong reasons behind that. The court granted temporary custody to the dad with the safety precautions remaining. Right now she is back with her grandfather. He has physical custody and dad can visit but only supervised.
