I, on the other hand, am emotional about this case and have been since the beginning. But I can't say I'm totally unreasonable.
There are too many instances in this murder that screams her involvement.
Reading excerpts from her book indicated to me, albeit the name changes, that she despised him. It was always a struggle for power and he had more than she did in Tallahassee and probably would have had in the long range plan of ambitions and familial contacts. Some of her anger I can understand.
I could list all the reasons but I'd rather not link them. Too difficult and I'll leave that to the prosecutors.
She has achieved what she always wanted. Home in South Fl, working for a well known immigration judge, single, near her own family, complete control over how the boys are raised...ridding them of everything that was DM's (the names, his parents), and no worries about him remarrying a woman who was probably better suited for him. No worries about shared custody, the possibility that the boys would have a 2nd mother they might come to adore, no long summer trips for the boys to Canada or anywhere else for that matter. Death for DM was the only way out IMO.
WA is smarter than her mother and certainly smarter than CA. Imagine achieving all the above and not having to answer for it. Better it be bro and Mom who pay the Piper.
