If KM is waiting for a verdict then that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Because once she's convicted she has no leverage. She can't un-ring that bell. If she's convicted of murder she will go to prison for the mandated sentence. I guess there's a possibility state can intercede on her behalf and ask for a lighter sentence but she will do significant time. What's the point of giving up CA at that point? Her silence makes no sense. I can only explain it in that CA has manipulated her so much that she's willing to sacrifice herself to save him. That's the only thing that makes sense at this point. JMO.

ETA: If her lawyers are advising her to risk trial then that's malpractice!

I would think so, but I am not a lawyer. At that time, it would not be hearsay iirc moo.

Also, I would like to know the time frame of two different things. Today we are hearing that he was saying why did they go to my mother and not me? He could not figure that out. But then in a later conversation but I don't know when it's from, remember that back and forth of text of KM asking Charlie if his number was on the internet? I wonder if it was around that time that they were trying to figure out why they went to the mother instead of Charlie. Who knows?
