In addition, the defense(s) are outing every single person's phone number, name, Etc of wives, children's names, Latin Kings and folks who are associated with his case for which the defense has their information.

So so bad in my opinion they are doing this.

If I was a juror and had a post-verdict interview, I would definitely be saying that this is uncalled for. I don't care if they are gang members, girlfriends of gang members, or whatever. It should not be outed publicly if it has nothing to do with it this case. In my opinion.

But - as to why the jury wants to know whether DM was wearing a seatbelt, I think it goes back to the evidence we heard on Day 1 or 2 from the ballistics expert. One of the assumptions he made was that DM was sitting upright, and then the shooter would have been a tall person based on the angle. If DM was wearing a seatbelt, he was likely upright.
