WCTV Said Magbanua will testify, defense tried to impeach a witness, judge declined, defense now unprepared for their next move; judge ordered a break until 9am

Maybe it was my imagination but Garcia looked like he was wiping his eyes after Katie said she would testify. He still has it bad for her.

One thing we know about KM is that she does like to talk!!! Those tapes were brutal. JMO.

This is just me - but she was annoying and just so off putting on those tapes! And the jury heard them, and all her curse laden sentences! Wonder what act she’ll put on?

Yes, KM's defense is that CA was in direct contact with Garcia and hired him directly. Garcia is getting hit from all angles -- the State and KM. JMO.

Someone set me straight please. I’ve always been curious. Did LE pick up Wendi at the fancy French restaurant in Tallahassee and bring her in for questioning the day of Danny’s murder? If so ...how did they know she was there? Did they call her beforehand? Also, did she really, 100% certain, drive by Danny’s house the day of the murder and see the crime tape?

I'm not sure but I think Det Isom did go to Mozaik to get WA. He may have mentioned that in testimony too. Not sure how he figured out she was there they may have gotten her cell number from DMs phone, FSU, the preschool...I would think he got her cell number called her and went to where she said she was, Mosaik

As to driving by DMs house she says she drove by Trescott and her cell records show it. But the bit about her burgundy minivan driving up to the perimeter where she could see much LE activity on the driveway— that depends on the police officer at the perimeters description of a vehicle he thought matched hers.
