Could it be one of the jurors may have thrown all of LR's testimony in the trash? Isn't that what DeCoste requested that they do. It only takes one stubborn juror who is easily swayed.

It's probably one or two jurors who are obtuse and overthinking things. That was my experience as a juror - I'd cringe if anyone thought anything of me as a juror based on the questions that we sent out to the judge because of a couple idiots on our jury.

hmm - it says to be transported today. Are they anticipating something and have the Order entered "just in case"? Maybe the Judge thought the jury would be quick and they could go straight to penalty and wanted to be ready? JMO

State is asking to hear the verdicts on one defendant and to send them back in on the other. Defense agrees
