Or had her mind made up from the get-go and hoodwinked the attorneys to letting her on the jury.

We're all assuming it's a woman. But what it is that one man? lol....I doubt it....but that would be something...

Yeah, a man with a thing for "bottle girls"

This is the likely reason. Based on my experience. Had the same stubborn lunatic on my jury. It was beyond frustrating. Beyond!! It’s prob the same one that cried when KM cried at SG’s verdict.

most likely the one pregnant juror ... just sayin' LOL!

OMG

@KarlEtters

Jury breakdown on mistrial for Katherine Magbanua on charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and solicitation of murder was 11-1 to convict.

That's very surprising that somebody knows because I heard they said very clearly that the jurors were not supposed to talk to anyone.

On the jury verdict form do they mark and delineate this? I did not realize that.

I know it was the freaking woman who wanted to make a weekend out of it.:mad::mad:
She probably like the hotel and condiments. Never had it so good.

GC did her job, and did it satisfactory. I don’t believe it was any fault of hers that there was one hold out!

Jury finds Florida man guilty of murder of Toronto-born law professor
"The verdicts handed down Friday muddle not only the case against Magbanua - if retried - but also any charges that could be brought against additional people of interest in the case, especially the financiers behind the murder-for-hire scheme prosecutors have alleged throughout the court proceedings.

While Magbanua took the stand in her own defence during the trial, Garcia declined.

His lawyers said they will consider their options

“If there's ever a time for Mr. Garcia to co-operate, it would be now, but that's obviously a decision he'll have to make,” Zangeneh said in an interview later Friday.

Assistant State Attorney Georgia Cappleman made her theory clear during court proceedings - even after Garcia's verdicts were delivered - that the family of Markel's former wife, Wendi Adelson, had a role in his execution-style killing, even if no charges have been filed."

KM better get a court appointed lawyer and tell the truth ASAP. IMO.

Well if CA doesn't pay in this life, he will in the afterlife. Better now, than then. Eternity is a looong time.

What was your case about and what was the reason the jury gave for holding out like that? Did they feel no pressure from everyone else and realize maybe everyone else had more common sense than they did? Were they smart or dumb?

This is the second time today I'm late seeing a link to a live stream. Is there anywhere they are archived the someone has a lake? I looked around and I could not find the archives of the court reporters. I know that yesorno used to link their Recaps with reports, but I just cannot find it browsing around that website that I'm not familiar with.

Just wow. That she can laugh during this trial says it all.......

I think she really cares about it. I know some find her low key personality off-putting and like she doesn't care, but I like it. I think she cares very much about this case. I just hope she's not so afraid to "lose" that she won't' pursue it (although who is it really up to at this point?)
