Didn't really convince me of anything. Just proved that she's a liar and was involved. Her evasiveness when her life is on the line totally outs her as being guilty. Bad bad idea to testify and her attorneys knew it! This was all about her narcissistic need to get up there and play innocent and dumb thinking she could manipulate the jury. Terrible!

And the under cover phone #KM gave to SG about a supposed real estate deal. She knew what it was all about. IMO. Didn't implicate KM? If the Jury sees the 10/16 interrogation of LR. He blames KM adamantly.

There's a vast gulf between LR's evidence against SG ("I saw him pull the trigger and kill the victim") versus against KM ("I heard she was the one who organized it."). As I said in my post, LR implicated both of them, but the weight of the evidence against SG is much stronger than against KM. Degrees of differentiation in weigh of evidence like this are crucial in jury trials.

You know what? I think she's not cooperating because she's mad at LE and state. She's mad because they got her dead to rights. She's mad because they're trying to force her hand. She's mad because they scared her and she peed her pants. She doesn't like how she was treated. And being a dumb narcissist that she is, she wants to "beat them" at this. Her attorney claimed CA was involved in her opening. This has been their story from day 1 of the trial. Both defendants have said that CA was involved from Day 1 -- they just each claim that they were not part of the alleged plot. JMO.
