Latest filing in Luke Fleming vs State of Florida appeal.

Since I didn't know "what" this writ was about - I looked it up:

What is writ of certiorari simple definition?
A type of writ, meant for rare use, by which an appellate court decides to review a case at its discretion. The word certiorari comes from Law Latin and means "to be more fully informed." A writ of certiorari orders a lower court to deliver its record in a case so that the higher court may review it.

Thank you for that. Wish there was just some way to find out more information on where his appeal stands!

To clarify, the link above is the actual appeal that has been sent to the Supreme Court.

Thank you!

@Niner Here is a screenshot for you. Too bad they’re not more descriptive. Maybe the media will post something.
I know, I wish there was a written opinion from the Supreme Court on this. And as for MSM I don’t think they even follow what happening with him anymore. No news on him since early 2020.

DD’s murderer files a writ of habeas corpus claiming ineffective assistance of counsel, stating the defense council failed to present an independent crime scene analyst, which could have proven his “innocence” if they had. His lawyer hired disgraced former forensic analyst, Dr. Michael Berkland, to support this claim for ineffective assistance of council. This is a reach for sure, but after reading it, it’s a pretty compelling argument. Thoughts?
