I think some of these could be a possibility.
Lisa White - 13 - CT - 11/1/1974
https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/2559/105 - I choose Lisa because of the oddly similar facial features. She would have been 21; a little out of the age gap, but I added her all the same. I think somewhere it said her teeth were perfectly aligned, so if this is not the case, she may be ruled out.
Janice Pockett - 7 - CT - 7/26/1973
https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/2555/71 - I chose Janice again for similar features. She would have been 16. Would the gap in her teeth still be visible after nine years, I wonder?
Wendy Stevenson - 8 - FL - 12/29/1969
OR
Peggy Rahn - 9 - FL - 12/29/1969

If I am right, they also vanished in Broward County. I understand serial killers have been arrested, but remember the case of Leonard Fraser. He confessed to a fellow inmate and drew maps where he claimed a 14-year-old victim of his was. It turned out that this girl was alive. As in this case, there is very circumstantial evidence. They would have been 20 and 21, respectively. Strangely enough, Jane Doe was found on Wendy's 21st birthday.
Laureen Rahn - 14 - NH - 4/27/1980
https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/2392/206 - Again, facial features are similar. Not as much as the other girls, however. Would have been 16.
