I don't think it's a conspiracy theory, we're just talking about the PCA. Two separate residents talk about how it's his sister's apartment, but one has never seen her, the other hasn't seen her in possibly as long as three years. There's no mention of the sister having died, having moved away, having sublet her apartment to anyone, having gone into assisted living, just that she has been UNSEEN for years, and that the defendant comes and goes from her apartment. We're not spinning something out of nothing, her state is a very big question mark that is present in an official legal document. They don't say something like 'the sister was later located in Myrtle Beach'. There's nothing to suggest she's been located at all, alive or dead, and that troubles me, because she obviously isn't in her apartment.BBM

Thank you so much for the transcript. So they have not located the sister. Seems the reporter who asked picked up on the question mark about her like we did. I truly hope she is okay. Or if she has passed, then it was a natural thing and the neighbours just didn't know for some reason. I fear harm has come to her, but I certainly don't wish it. I do think that if he'd killed her too and gotten away with it for three years without anyone noticing, he might have done a better job the second time with his wife, and he made an absolute hash of that, so just based on that, I hope the sister is on a beach somewhere, alive, and not stuffed in a suitcase.

Ok... I have a name. If alive, the sister is 86 years old and, in 2012 she was living in CA, that's when her husband died. Couldn't find any records after 2012. But I'll keep looking.

Perhaps enough funds in their budget for a face lift earlier in life would make her appear younger than 80. That’s the only reason I can think of for the discrepancy.

They should be using more than just appearance to estimate age, such as white/greying hair (her hair looks to be naturally white so likely that would have been showing through at the roots), changes to bone density, bone remodeling seen in aging, wearing down of synovial joints, etc. I guess they were trying to get info out as fast as possible so weren't able to conduct more tests to narrow down that estimate.
Glad that the husband did such a poor cover-up job and was found out quickly, because if I saw this woman on a missing poster I'd never think she was this UID.
So apparently facing life in a cell wasn't a problem; but getting a divorce was ??
Cruel, selfish man to allegedly take her life.
For what it's worth, I believe LE have their man.
Did he imagine in a divorce she might get his money ?
