The 33-year-old woman whose body was found partially concealed in a Delray Beach community garden died a violent death, police say.

Investigators know how Jennifer Salcito was killed but they aren’t saying as they continue their search for the person responsible.

At the online site ExploreTalent.com, Salcito displayed several modeling-type photographs. “I want to be the next big STAR,” she wrote, adding that, “I love to be in front of the camera and the camera loves me!”

Somewhere along the way within the past few years, Salcito lost her way, family members told WPTV-Ch. 5 on Tuesday night at a memorial ceremony attended by a couple of relatives and about 40 people, most of whom didn’t know her well or at all, at the garden where her body was found.
