The allegations came to light when the 13-year-old boy told his mother that Szmuc had forced him to have sex with her, an arrest report shows.

The boy later told Szmuc he was tired of her demands and wanted to stop the relationship. While he participated in an after-school activity at a nearby facility, he said Szmuc would show up and "stare at him, making him feel uncomfortable."
