Now, nearly four decades later, Diana’s daughter still fondly remembers the 10 years she spent with her mother.

“I think of all the places she took us for fun, the times she did my hair for school and when she cooked breakfast for us each morning. She really was such an amazing mom who gave my brother and I lots of love and affection,” Christine told Dateline. “She was active in every part of our short time with her. I had my first 10 years of life with her, some people don't get that".Disappearance of Florida mother still a mystery nearly four decades later

I think the fact that her then boyfriend stole a boat a week after she disappeared and then ran off to Mexico... to me that pretty much confirms him as the killer... unfortunately it also eliminates any chance of closure for her family as he no doubt dumped her body in the sea...
although at first I thought the boyfriend did it, who tries to run away like that if they're innocent? and then I thought it would be possible that both Diana and the boyfriend were involved in something drug related... maybe the boyfriend knew who killed her and was chasing him... beautiful young woman involved with the wrong guy... but she also somehow approved of drug use...
whatever the case
rest in peace

Not sure if the circumstances match but Diana reminds me of one of serial killer Samuel Little's victims.
Here is more info about Samuel Little's victim, Covington Jane Doe, who I think could possibly be a match. She's still unidentified.

Little stated that in approximately 1984, possibly in the summertime, he was driving his Lincoln Continental Mark III from Loraine, Ohio, to Cincinnati. While en route, he met a 25-year-old white female outside a strip club. He remembers her as being 5’6” - 5’7” tall and 130-170 pounds. Little describes her as having short blonde hair and blue eyes with a “hippie” appearance. She approached him and asked for a ride to Miami, Florida, saying her mother lived there. Little said he and the woman drove south on Interstate 75. When they reached Cincinnati, the two of them spent time downtown on Vine Street. They continued driving together, across the river into northern Kentucky. Little described driving to a hilly area not far from I-75. He drove up a small dirt road to the top of a “little round hill,” where he strangled the woman in the backseat of his car. He left her body on the top of the hill.

Hi All, I may have some info on this but i need help. I need to locate the actual address of Denker's no name key "party house." He allegedly sold it in 1984, though I assume this could be anytime between 1983–1986.

I have searched the Monroe County public records but can't find anything on Denker prior to 1986 and those deeds do not appear to be for a home on No Name. If anyone can help pls respond, also, if anyone has a way of getting the daughter's attention (as I am assuming she has this info) that would be great. I see she has responded here before.

Hello,

I am the daughter of missing person, Diana Lynn Harris.
I'd love to hear more about how a polygraph works. Bernie's test lasted under 5 minutes, as well as Mark Ripin's. Bill Becker's lasted just over 5 minutes. These test were done many years after Tom disappeared, I think it was 8 years later. Seems if being questioned about a man's disappearance/murder the test would have been much longer than 5 minutes. Does it make a difference in accuracy when waiting this long? 8 Years is a long time to prepare for something that I'm sure was expected to happen at some point. It should have happened right away!! There were plenty of suspicions surrounding Tom's case right from the start.

His wife, Bernie and her ex-husband Mark Ripin both lived with my Mom when she disappeared in 81. Bernie lived with Tom when he disappeared in 95, and then Mark helps in the search for Tom. Bernie Pays Mark big money to sit in the woods, for what, I do not know. Did Bernie also hire Manny Puig? If so for what, to look for Tom? I think that Manny turned her offer down. The details in this we do not know for sure. There are many unanswered questions in both cases. I believe that Bernie being married to Tom for so long must have mentioned my Mom's disappearance to him at some point. Tom lived there..he knew...I believe he was killed for what he knew. My Mom's case was being re-investigated in 95, the same time Tom disappeared with Mark being questioned in both. Mark says he was questioned in 81 as well after my Mom disappeared. I do not know if I believe this or not, I am leaning toward NOT. Police pretended in 95 to tell me all of the names of those interviewed, they left Mark's name out and if questioned in 81, I had never heard of him until 2003 when I read her 95 case files. I was shocked that a man who supossedly saw my Mom's blood and a hole- his name was never told to me even when I asked, police lied and told me they gave me all the names, they did not. Why leave Mark's name out?? He was an important witness, however one Detective who I have now been told is friends to Bill and Bernie Becker told me Mark was innocent because he passed a polygraph...not in my Mom's case, but in Tom's. The same detective Norman went on for an hour in telling me how a polygraph works trying to convince me of why they are innocent and then got pissed when I later couldn't contact him for a basic question, instead I called a Detective assigned to my Mom's case in 81 to ask what house they searched in 81? Norman was mad and asked why I called this other Detective, saying, Don't you trust me? I did up until that point. He was so mad he stopped looking at my Mom's case and it was given to someone else. I never spoke to Norman again. Norman had said I know Mark is innocent because when he committed armed robbery in 79 he turned his own self in. ?????Good way to get me to believe!!

A lady I know passed a polygraph when she was 17 yrs She was questioned about drinking on school grounds, she told her Dad she didn't do it, he took this to court because the girl was suspended from school for 90 days and denied any drinking. She told me she was so nervous because she had drank and yet she still passed the test. If a 17 yr. old girl can pass it, they sure can with a 5 minute test done 8 years later!!
Christine, I think I may have some info on your mom and I am hopeful we can connect.

However, to verify, I need to locate the actual address of Denker's no name key "party house." He allegedly sold it in 1984, though I assume this could be anytime between 1983–1986.

I have searched the Monroe County public records but can't find anything on Denker prior to 1986 and those deeds do not appear to be for a home on No Name.

Do you have any info on this?? Can you reach out if you do?
