St Augustine is only 40 mins away from Green Cove Springs. I don't know what the delays were in his driving home. There was a difference of an hour over a relatively short period of driving from one ping to the next (International Golf Drive and I95 and where SR16 and SR13 intersect). I just don't get it.

I agree. The timing is all wrong and the route. I've gone to St Augustine lots of times through Green Cove Springs and his cousin is right.
