I’d say the destination wasn’t a friends house, or her sister would have dropped her off in front of the house. The intersection of N Nebraska (US 41) and E Yukon has a lot of businesses now and may have had back in 1994.

I just received an email back from the Investigator on this case about the possible match above.

I do not have an answer for you, but I will find out. I know our Jane Doe is entered into several databases, including the FBI and the database at the University of North Texas. I would assume if there is DNA from Donna Harber that it would be compared.

I forwarded this email to the chief investigator at our medical examiner’s office. She may know more about the comparisons that were done

That is great news. Glad to hear they’re willing to dig deeper and at a minimum, do a rule out.

I sent it to the sheriff's office email, and it went thru three people before I got a response. It makes me happy that they actually took my email kind of seriously and didn't blow me off.

The description of her tattoo (the cross with 3 dots) sounds like the pachuco cross. From a Doe Network search it is a fairly common tattoo. The three dots alone mean "Mi Vida Loca" or "My crazy life".
