FL FL - Duval Co, WhtFem 10-25, brown hair, living photo, Feb'16

Maybe I'm the outlier here but I'm seeing something completely different in terms of her outfit. I don't see a crop top at all but a long t-shirt partially covering a pair of plaid shorts

I see that too. There is a man in the top left corner, you can see his shoe. It looks like he is using something on a table, like a keg maybe

So was this picture found in the possession of Russel Tillis, on March, 1, 2016 in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida (subject of this thread) OOORRRRR???
was it found in the possession of and taken as evidence from Vance Roberts’ home. I think media (Toronto-sun, placing this picture with the article) messed up big time!

It appears that the Toronto Sun grabbed the pic from the CBS site, imo..

Jury Recommends Life In Prison Without Parole For Russell Tillis
Apr 16, 2021

Russell Tillis
News4Jax
''A jury of 12 men and women have recommended a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole for Russell Tillis, the man convicted in the murder and dismemberment of Joni Gunter.

WJCT News partner News4Jax reported before the decision on Thursday was made, prosecutors argued that Tillis, 59, has a long history of victimizing women and therefore deserved to go to Death Row.''

Just a few... Snake coiled wrap on the arm. Scrunchie in blue on the wrist.
My relative had one of those snake armbands back in the 1960s. I think they first became popular from Elizabeth Taylor's 1963 film Cleopatra.

I am actually surprised at comments that this jewelry was repopularized in the 1990s - I never saw that anywhere.

Scunci or Scrunchie was patented in 1987 by Rommy Revson. (Wikipedia)

I owned several tiger and lion faced t-shirts and sweatshirts like that in the late 1980s - early 1990s. I still have one.
