That is so interesting that it remains were skeletal after such a short time.I had to check the report to make sure he hadn't disappeared a year before.

Jonathan Brent Nibbelink and Joshua Brian Nibbelink, 35, were convicted a count of first-degree murder, kidnapping, and robbery last week. The Nibbelinks will serve mandatory life in prison, followed by another term of life and 15 years...

After investigating, police found that the Nibbelink brothers and their co-defendant, 20-year-old Gary Shepersky, had contacted Martin to buy drugs from him, but instead intended to rob him of his drugs and his money...

Shepersky, their co-defendant, had already pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, kidnapping and robbery. He still has to be sentenced for his involvement in these crimes.

According to Florida DOC, Shepersky got 25 years for second degree murder, 25 for kidnapping in commission of a felony, and 15 for robbery. Earliest release date 9/28/2038.
