how do you generally get to work Mr. Bird
Mr Bird: drive
lol

Drving south on 275, between Fowler and Bush he saw a black mass on the right side of the road in the emergency lane

At first thought it was a doll. He passed it and then had a bad feeling so he called an employee at Fox and asked him to call LE

He got off at next exit, went back to the location.

Stopped vehicle, got out of car, could tell it was a dead baby. Was in shock. Baby was laying on his right side, facing toward road in a fetal position.

Waited for police to arrive

I guess the defense is trying to say that Mr. Bird might be wrong about what time he was on the road when he found Emmanuel.

Whatev

I really feel bad for Mr Bird and all of the emergency personal that dealt with baby Emmanuel. I hope they were able to get some form of counseling after wards. imo

  • #346
I hate this defense atty

  • #347
What is the freaking difference between it taking Mr. Bird 8 minutes verses 15 minutes?

GMAB! Is that all he's got?

Mr. Bird ain't playing his game, lol! North bound, south bound, blah, blah

  • #348
Oh my! What difference does this make! I don't believe Mr. Bird has any reason to lie.

IMO Mr. Bird could have just kept on going to work!

  • #349
I'm annoyed.

What does it really matter how many minutes he took to get back to where he saw the baby?

I don't care for this defense attorney at all.

Jason Beisel on the stand.

This is the guy that Mr. Bird called on the phone when he saw Emmanuel on the side of the road.

I am also, I just don't understand what his point was. What difference did the time make.

I am pretty sure the jury was just as confused. imo

Mr. Bird called him told him what he thought he saw on the side of the road.

Beisel then called police.

No cross exam from defense.

They are now taking an afternoon break.

20 -25 minute break

Court is back in session. State calls White Feather Cherokee, a cell phone records custodian for Metro PCS #mcteartrial

  • #360
White-Feather Cherokee works for Metro PCS

Phone records for number ending in 2619

I'm assuming that's McTear's cell phone number, but he hasn't stated that yet.

He's explaining what all the columns mean right now.
