Found Safe FL - Faith Kepner, 20, St. Cloud, 19 April 2019 *Intellectually Disabled*

St. Cloud police officials are asking for the public’s help in locating a mentally impaired woman who walked away from her home on Friday.

At 10:30 a.m., Faith G. Kepner, 20, left her home on foot. At about 10:57 a.m., Faith’s mother received a text message from her, saying that she was at the Walmart Neighborhood Market at 2125 Nolte Road in St. Cloud, according to a St. Cloud Police Department report. However, Faith did not return home.

She is described as a white female with brown hair, brown eyes, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and approximately 110 pounds.

She was last wearing a pink shirt, black shorts, black hooded sweatshirt with a heart emblem, and black and red Sketchers sneakers.

Faith lacks the mental capacity for her age, due to an illness/disability, St. Cloud police officials said. Video surveillance footage from the Walmart market confirmed that Faith had visited the business. She was entered into the National and the Florida Crime Information Center. If contact is made with Faith, call the St. Cloud Police Department at 407-891-6700 and reference report number 19-002303.

In the satellite view of the area there appears to be sidewalks from the homes over to the Walmart. When you click on the Crime feature of the map (realtor.com) it does not appear to be a high crime area. There are however, a number of large bodies of water - always worth noting in Florida.

St. Cloud Police Dept Response in comments in regards to additional Walmart video:
“We have reviewed multiple video footage from the business. None display her entering a vehicle.”

She’s been contacted but not found per the church and the St Cloud police Facebook pages. It’s impossible to read the flyer on the police page because it is so blurry. The screen clip attached is from the church page.
