I guess some of these type persons just somehow can't live without such xxxx. Don't they know that the penalties can or may be tuff? (though not, dammit, tuff enuff, grrrr).
At least they (now "he") won't be doing this again for some amount of time -- assuming there will be a tuff penalty.

James Cox was arrested Tuesday on child charges while they found Henry Cox shot himself in the head before the search warrant was executed this week.

The Orange County Medical Examiner confirmed to WESH 2 that they responded to a 'death call' at the home

Detectives also discovered videos that appeared to have been secretly recorded, showing young children using the restroom and changing clothes. According to WESH, at least two of the victims appeared to be children who lived in the same neighborhood as Cox.

According to federal documents, the investigation started when the St. Cloud Police Department received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on Nov. 15, 2023. An unknown person uploaded abusive material to Microsoft BingImage, they said.

Once again, a child under 11 y/o. Sigh.

It really really bothers me that this guy's nickname is Santa. That breaks down a lot of shyness of strangers and mistrust in kids, having the beard, playing the role, even in civvies rather than a red suit. He wouldn't have to do much work to get access to them if he played that role well, they'd come to him.

Probable cause affidavit. It’s not sealed and I didn’t see anything that identifies any of the victims, so I think this is okay to post.

As with all documents in these cases, ***GRAPHIC WARNING*** there are detailed descriptions of CSAM.

Here’s hoping they lock Henry up for the rest of his life.

I guess it's good that they were not very intelligent. I would've expected them to have uploaded it to the Dark Net using Tor rather than a public image site.
