Jacob Kubai, 22, was with his daughter, Willow, and the baby’s mom, Kubai’s wife, on Feb. 22 when they dropped the mother off at work, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said in a March 6 news conference.

Bartow detectives started the investigation after 4-month old Willow Kubai was brought in to Bartow Regional Medical Center with no brain activity and suspicious physical injuries.

Willow was transported by helicopter to Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa and it was then determined that she had a fractured skull, multiple layers of hemorrhaging to the brain, bruises, scratches, and broken ribs.

If the baby is crying, check & make sure things are ok with the baby. If she is still crying and it irritates you, put her in her bed, close the door to her room, and watch TV, etc.
The baby will eventually stop crying or fall asleep and things will be okay. That's all you need to do.
But no, that wasn't done & now you are up for some level of homicide. And your buddies in prison won't like you at all.

How is Mom not being charged? She had to have known this baby was suffering? The poor thing had to be in constant pain.
