Noticed in another post he allegedly is/was EW's boyfriend. Felecia was supposedly with EW, so at what point did the perp have access to her? I seriously cannot envision Felecia sneaking out of the apartment while EW was in the shower and ironically running into a sex offender/murderer. Yes it could happen, however, Felecia's family has said she would not have "wandered off". My belief is Felecia was "procured" for this monster.

At least one neighbor that contacted Bay News 9 through social media on Wednesday said that Ritchie was dating Eboni Wiley, the family friend that took Williams to the Doral Oaks Apartments. Wiley told police that at some point, she took a shower while at the apartments. When she came out, the 9-year-old was gone, according to what Wiley told police

Ritchie’s address is listed as an apartment complex on Hollydale Place in Riverview. But a neighbor said Wednesday night that Ritchie, his wife and her two young daughters have not lived at the complex in about a year.

I wonder if he was living at the Doral Oaks apartment, where EW took Felecia that night. I remember reading one article that said there was another person at the apartment that night be he/she stayed in their room and did not see Felecia while EW was taking a shower.

And scarey that his wife has two young daughters...

Then last May, he faced sexual battery and assault charges after a female adult claimed they'd been having infidelity issues.

She wrote that he came from behind a door wearing a dress, wig and white latex gloves, choked her until she blacked out, raped her, and threatened to shoot her in front of people.

Those charges were also dropped.

Brown says he seems like someone who is used to getting away with things.

Too many women have been threatened by this animal...a relative!!! It's got to stop here!

"I begged for my life as he choked me toward the front of the house, not sure if I blacked out but he had me on the ground," the victim wrote in a statement for authorities.

Later the woman, a relative of Ritchie, she said she had no recollection of what happened, and the case was dropped.

Domestic violence victims often recant. In the sexual battery case, the witness reportedly said "I don't remember anything" during a deposition. The prosecutor dropped the charges.

Children often due not report abuse - especially when the abuser threatens the child's family. But maybe Felecia said she was going to tell. Maybe she fought back. Maybe she made it clear she was not going to remain silent if she lived. I hope the little angel went out strong.

AD says she has been a close friend of Granville Ritchie's mother since they lived in Kingston, Jamaica. AD says she moved to the U.S. first, and then Granville's mom followed. She says over the past couple of months, Granville's mother rented an apartment at the Doral Oaks Apartment complex, where Felecia was last seen alive.

She swears Granville Ritchie is a good guy and would never hurt anyone. She says police have the wrong man.

"I know he was in the car with that little girl. He took her to the Doral Oaks apartments, but she must've left the apartment while they were there. She must've just walked out," says AD.
