FL FL - Fort Lauderdale, 'Donna Doe' WhtFem 13UFFL, 12-25, hit by truck, Aug'82

I noticed from the article that the girl had blonde curly shoulder-length hair. In the postmortem photo, it looks very dark. I wish there was a better-quality color photo available.

Interesting about curly, considering that in most of the reconstructions, it's straight.

I wonder if Dora Carson is this UID?

https://www.findthemissing.org/cases/10986/9

per Dora / Donna? from East Baton Rouge / cajun accent?

date lka is a guess for Dora and they said 1/1/1983.

age is off by only a few years, we don't know how old she was when the pic with the lighter color hair was taken.

I don't see much resemblance to Dora

I hadn't noticed that pic before Carl, thanks. she almost looks like Michael Jackson later in life.

I know that Myriam wouldn't have a cajun accent but she could possibly have had a french accent. When I was searching through missing persons I saw her face and it instantly reminded me of this Jane Doe especially considering that the UID was a hitchhiker and most likely was a runaway like Myriam.

WDYT?

That looks like a match to me. Let's hope this is an answer to an old prayer...

I think that's a decent possible. She's a bit taller, and her chin seems a bit pointier, but I think it's worth a closer look. The problem is that all 4 reconstructions of this UID look like different people, and while she looks like a fair match for this one, she looks nothing like the other 3. But they can't all be right, so who knows which one is even accurate. Looking at the morgue photo, she does seem to have a more turned up nose than Myriam.

But again, can't hurt to take a closer look.

Her eyebrows are distinctive as well.
She has one that has that quizzical arch in it.
Should be easy to match if we find a possible missing person
from 1981 or 1982.

After comparing Myriam's right eye brow I am even more convinced that this may be a match! It looks like it has the same quizzical arch to it as the UID has. The ears also seem to be longer and attached further down just as Myriam's look.

I agree about her nose, but maybe it's just an angle's thing with the picture????

Runaway makes sense, French accent for Cajun is plausible, but I don't know if she resembles the morgue photo :(

Yeah, it's definitely hard to tell looking at the variations of all the reconstructions and the pictures of Myriam. It seems like they both have features that look different in each photo and in each reconstruction.... I think I will submit just to see if they rule her out.
