W/M Franco Powell is 70 years old and has a severe medical condition causing his memory to only span 2 minutes at a time. He was wearing a blue jacket, dark pajamas pants and no shoes. He was last seen near Highland Av/Hollywood St around 7:35 pm. He has a small lump over one eye and may appear confused. If you see him please call 813-231-6130.
