They were both taken to the hospital where they were pronounced dead. - *Shirlene Napoleon Alcime aka Shirlene Lemineur (42/now 43) “mom” arrested (2/15/24), charged (2/16/24) & arraigned (2/27/24) with 2 counts of felony child neglect causing great bodily harm & charged & arraigned (8/23/24) with 2 counts of aggravated manslaughter. [She tried to commit suicide; was in critical condition in HCA Florida Aventura Hospital]. Held without bond. Reduction of bond denied (3/7/24). Plead not guilty. Miami-Dade County
Trial was set to begin on 5/13/24 was continued on 12/9/24 was continued to March (no specific date).
