Fred suffers from severe dementia and was last seen last Friday afternoon leaving Palms West Hospital.

An image circulated by the PBSO show Hunt wearing a blue Hawaiian shirt, brown pants, yellow socks and no shoes.
He was also shown carrying a white plastic bag.
