My opinions seems to vascilate depending on the day of the week. Re WA, I think deep down they just don't have enough. I think ultimately if the State had enough to indict WA they would have done so. Unless she's more important than I realise. You're right in that the case against CA is now infinitely stronger, especially after the "drug dealers killed Dan" text emerged post-conviction. I suppose that's why I've always felt CA would try to cooperate with the State (post-conviction) as he's all out of options. The ridiculous double-extortion story + drug dealers means he has no chance.

I do think WA will one day be arrested, but it will be because of new evidence that surfaces.

Charlie didn’t have a chance to win his case… the evidence against him was clearly overwhelming. Charlie may be a despicable human with certain personality disorders, but I do not believe he lacks intelligence. He saw two trials before his own, and he knew there was no way to overcome the money trail, which is why we got the ridiculous double-extortion defense. He realized the only way to deal with that indefensible piece of evidence was to say it was, in fact, his money because he was being extorted.

Even though he wouldn't stand a chance in a retrial if he ever won his appeal, I wouldn’t be surprised if Charlie somehow believes he has a chance to win the case next time around. I think he truly believed the jury was stupid because they didn’t understand his story – it made perfect sense to him.

As for Wendi, I have said this for a long time: the case against her isn’t strong enough, so the only way they will make a move on her is if there is a breakthrough. Carl S. fed the community a lot of false optimism with his many breakdowns of how overwhelming the case against Wendi was. I really think he is the biggest reason there is this widespread belief on social media that the case against Wendi is so strong. Based on the amount of time that has elapsed, the chances of new evidence seem very slim to me. It’s not like we don’t know who killed Dan and they’re going to find some DNA evidence to solve the mystery. They have all the digital communication records from multiple sources, and unless they were very sloppy during the investigation, I don’t see any new evidence against Wendi surfacing.

The potential of Charlie flipping one day is a remote possibility, although I don’t see him ever taking accountability, which would need to happen for him to flip. Also, in Florida, a person cannot be convicted solely on the uncorroborated testimony of a co-conspirator. If Charlie were to magically flip and say, "Wendi was in on it," the State would still need independent evidence to back up his claim. Because Charlie is a convicted perjurer (since he lied on the stand in his own trial), his word is legally worthless without a paper trail connecting Wendi to the plot.

Mother's Day will be here, comes May 10th.
Would dear precious princess sunshine Wendi Jill Adelson travel from Austin, TX to Homestead Correctional Institute in Homestead, FL to visit and to celebrate Happy Mother's Day with her mother Donna Sue Adelson?

The only 2 persons who could really implicate Wendi Adelson in her alleged murderous role (State labeled unindicted co-conspirator in the murder of her late ex husband Dan Markel) are her parents Donna and Harvey. But they will never do that because 1) they would have to incriminate themselves to be credible and 2) they are too old to enjoy any time reduction or clear consciousness from doing the right move.
