Honestly, I don’t get juries. I mean, sure, the state has to prove its case, presumed innocent, and all that. But, reasonable doubt doesn’t mean NO doubt! What other reason is there that this guy was killed? Who else wanted him dead? There is so much evidence in this case, it’s obvious what happened. And you’re going to conclude the state has not proved it because maybe one witness was mistake about one thing, or one phone call didn’t take place when they said it did, or there might be an alternative reason the phone call was made? Donna might not have been RIGHT outside his house, so he’s not guilty?

I don‘t get juries.

Donna says she’s outside his house. Is he arguing she said that while driving on the turnpike?
