Assuming CA is guilty.... yes, it was extremely risky. I mean who would have a motive to shoot Dan in his driveway? I think the list of people was short. But it did take the cops awhile (18 months or 2 years?) to connect it SG, LR and KM. Apparently, it was SG's call to HA that was a key break. I believe they looked at the phone records of all the phones that pinged off the cell tower near Dan's gym during the time that they saw the rental car in the parking lot, waiting for Dan it exit. SG's phone was one of the phones that pinged off it. JMO.

I believe that and the bus camera showing the Prius as well - that was rented in the perp’s real name. But that’s just my recall too!

The bump detective is terrible on cross, he should have refreshed his memory before taking the stand re dates of calls, and timing of calls, etc. JMO! He doesn’t remember any conversations? He needed to be prepped before trial, no excuses!!

Oh man. I think Sgt Corbitt's treasure trove of messages inclusive of all the Adelsons was a huge win for the state and the jurors too!

I don't have words for the blatant sense of entitlement where one family believed they could disappear another human from the earth with impunity.

I believe they are guided by a personal rule where as long as they can say they did not physically pull the trigger, all is fair. JMO

Dave! In one of the calls they say “these boys need a father.” You know Rash will be all over that to show that they were upset by the death of Dan.

Dolce Vita transcript will be allowed. Defense insisted that the designation (inaudible) be included in the subtitles, replacing ellipsis. That argument was just an excuse to object, but the judge granted it.

This defense tactic of using a phony objection rather than limiting their argument to substantive issues backfired. It gave the judge a way to allow the recordings in while handing the defense a fig leaf to hide the nakedness of their claim of innocence.

Tim Janssen was asked could Rash bring in other evidence? Tim says that Rash might bring in Wendy's defence lawyer to claim that the divorce was not as contentious as the State have claimed ( Kristin Adamson)

Tim says Charlie has to testify, he's the only person who can testify to extortion defence seeing as Donna Harvey not willing.
If Charlie is convicted and after the state have interviewed jurors, state might decide to go forward with Donna and then take that to a Grand Jury.

I love this call! This call gives such insight into the family dynamic and how they were trying to control Wendi’s life and how they talked about her.

How come on the version of the call I heard, I could understand Donna perfectly?
