So…Harvey says don’t go to the cops because it will devastate Wendi and Wendi is already scared? Of what? If she’s been scared since the murder, and they’ve known who it is, why didn’t they tell her so she wouldn’t be scared? Or is she scared of the cops?

Also, I don’t understand why Donna is even considering going to the cops. I get why Charlie and Katie might be PRETENDING to consider going to the cops. But Donna sounds like she and Harvey have actually discussed this. Why?

Not totally related but good grief I can’t imagine being at at dentist appointment & my dentist is a bit late all because he’s on the phone talking with his Mom about this murder for hire plot.

Many of the calls on YouTube have Charlie appearing to be at work, he’s interrupted “I’ll be right there”, “give me a sec, this is an important call”

And also with him doing dental procedures while preoccupied with trying to fend off the FBI and needing to meet with Mom to talk in person. What I find most crazy is that out of all the recorder calls (on YouTube that I’ve listened to) the one person who had the “problem”, aka Wendi, seems to be the person most insulated away from everyone else talking. What a crazy family JMOO

I watched both prior trials and I didn't recall all these calls. I cannot imagine anyone listening to all of this and NOT believing beyond a reasonable doubt that Donna was directly involved with Charlie.

CA proceeds to relay to DA the call that KM claimed she got her friend to make to the Bumper. ( KM's lie)
CA then chats one of his daft theories that a blackmailer comes in ' hat & glasses' ( He means a disguise)

Is the feed bad on all the livestream channels? I am on YouTube, Tennessee Democrat. I just went to Law and Crime network and scrolled back, they did not seem to be as bad as TD but there were still interruptions.
