I guess GC is doing the cross since she is objecting to items from the defense.

I don't think CA had "friends." He was "so busy."

I don’t think it’s Xanax. My personal experience with that drug is slurrying words, eyelids at half mass, etc. I think he’s running on a pure high dose of narcissism up there.

So..Katie does a murder because she wants a more serious relationship but will settle for blackmail instead?
Scorned vengeful woman stereotype!?

That was a good objection, and it was sustained.

Still wondering why she didn’t object more to Rash’s improper questions. Can someone who has heard experts on this enlighten me?

It's sad that KM thought she had a big fish on the line. She probably thought all she had to do was take care of this family issue. After taking care of the problem, she gets dumped by him.

I think didn’t tell the joke at that dinner. laCasse didn’t say that.

This isn't effective to me. Rashbaum feeding the answers. "Was your relationship coming to an end at that time" instead of "What was happening with your relationship?" JMO.

The dinner where KM met (part of CA's family) CA, with Katie on Lincoln Road in Miami . . . he in scrubs he had been working . . . Wendi brought Jeff along . . . sat outside the restaurant at one of the few tables bordering the sidewalk. Sounds so Van Gogh.

Tim in STS did elaborate why she didn’t object, other than Georgia has her reasons and is letting him rattle on.

She seemed to get back with Sig pretty quickly, and she was sleeping with both concurrently, according to her testimony.

I hope GC makes it clear to jury later - that he's weaving in testimony. This time it's Jeff Lacasse's testimony.

Charlie seems very placid for a person who has been falsely accused of murder. Rashbaum appears more angry than Charlie. JMO.

'what did you get for your dad for his birthday? ' Rashbaum asks with a flourish to add drama
CA: 'I paid for the caterer ( paella chef who attended.. '& we had a bunch of deserts & salads')

That wasn't the question GC had asked Wendi last week

Why would Donna tell him to delete the message if it was a surprise party? They didn’t want the dad to see the message? On CM’s phone?

He does look very scruffy. Just saw him on my big tv. Eeek.

He paid for the caterer, that was the big present he was working on for so long and that his mom knew he would not let her down about?! Color me incredulous.

“I’m sure you‘ll come through?” With a caterer? Hope the jury remembers that particular text. Is he putting them up on the screen?
